Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience while aligning with KPIs and DRP requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.
• DRP compliance knowledge; I-CAR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details; update efficiently and accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes; communicate with insurers.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required meetings.
• Support team members and uphold WOW standards and the store’s KPI goals.
