Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented job role focused on educating customers, creating accurate repair estimates, and guiding vehicles through the repair process. You will perform initial and final estimates, ensure quality control, and keep clients updated on status and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex, and knowledge of insurance procedures to navigate complex claims.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organization skills required; adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance processes and estimating systems preferred.
• Proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex, and Audatex estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Lock final estimates and manage repair throughout the process.
• Perform in-process quality control and post-scanning steps.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and handle paperwork.

Job description

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions standards
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
