Job summary

Crash Champions in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Estimator to educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights while delivering accurate estimates from initial assessment through final lock.

You will manage each repair, perform in-process QC, keep customers informed, review data with body technicians, and handle pre-close paperwork, disbursements, and carrier requirements to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair estimation and QC.
• Familiar with CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex.
• Excellent customer service and insurance liaison skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep every customer informed and updated on vehicle status and provide an exceptional experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and meet carrier requirements.

Job description

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete.
