Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on repair processes, assist with insurance procedures, and manage each repair from start to finish with strict quality control.

You will complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after full evaluation, and lock the repair orders, while coordinating with Body Technicians and carriers using CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in collision repair preferred.
• Experience with insurance procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process with quality control.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians.
• Complete post-scanning and pre-close final repair order.
• Handle disbursement paperwork and file exceptions.
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address file exceptions
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
