Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated estimator coordinator to educate customers on repair processes and insurance steps, and to manage the repair workflow from start to finish.

You will perform initial and final estimates, monitor progress, and ensure quality with post-scanning and pre-close steps while communicating status to customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and insurance processes.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repair workflow and keep customers updated on status.
• Perform in-process QC to ensure quality standards.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians.
• Complete post-scanning and pre-close the final repair order.
• Handle disbursement paperwork and address file exceptions.
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.

Job description

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process QC to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
• Keep customers fully informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
