Job summary

Jobtailor in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking an Estimating & Customer Care Coordinator to guide customers through vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.

You will prepare and lock final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, coordinate with body techs, review data procedures, and ensure carrier requirements are met, delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety, and value.
• Prepare initial estimates, finalize estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through completion, ensuring quality per standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and deliver excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and carrier requirements.

Job description

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for customers.
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
