Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures while guiding each vehicle through the repair lifecycle. You will generate initial and final estimates, manage the repair, and ensure QA at every stage.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills, plus experience with CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of working with insurance partners is preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates.
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process.
• Perform in-process QC to meet Crash Champions’ standards.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle.
• Provide the best possible customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians.
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order.
• Handle disbursement paperwork.
• Address exceptions in the file.
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
