Job summary

Crash Champions seeks an experienced estimator coordinator to educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures. You will manage every repair stage, produce initial and final estimates, and ensure high-quality work through in-process QC.

You will keep customers informed and coordinate with Body Technicians, carriers, and the rest of the team. The role requires strong customer service, time management, and familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to educate and support customers
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to changing processes and carrier requirements
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex)

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process QC to ensure Crash Champions quality standards
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status
• Review data with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete

• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process QC to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
