Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented estimator coordinator in Mississippi to educate customers on repair processes, insurance, and rights while guiding them through the estimate lifecycle. You will perform initial and final estimates, lock approvals, manage the repair workflow, and ensure quality control across the process.

Strong knowledge of estimating systems is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle estimating software and insurance procedures.
• Ability to educate customers on repair processes and rights.
• Proficient in completing and locking estimates.
• Experience ensuring quality control throughout repair.
• Knowledge of CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex preferred.

Job description

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates and write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards through in-process quality control
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
• Review data procedures for and with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close final repair orders
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address file exceptions and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
