Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to educate customers on repairs, complete estimates, and manage the repair process while upholding quality standards.

You will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data, and ensure carrier requirements are met, providing a smooth, transparent customer experience.

Strong organization, insurance knowledge, and experience with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex are preferred.

• Experience with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Prepare initial estimates and finalize estimates after full damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee each repair step to ensure Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and deliver excellent service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scan for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in‑process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre‑close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier‑specific requirements are complete.
