• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule.
• Obtain repair authorizations and documentation to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS and ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
