Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS and ensure vehicles are tracked in CCC One.
