Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center including risk management and production.
• Develop teammates and monitor client metrics to improve performance.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and review monthly financials.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and guidelines.
