Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in the Houston area to run daily center operations, oversee risk management, drive teammate development, and monitor client metrics. You will lead production and administration while ensuring safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operation including production and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards.
