Job summary

Caliber Collision in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This role also recruits and retains talent, monitors financial performance, and reviews prior month metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Managers ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable following Caliber SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• CCC1 experience required.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop.
• Provide personable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented teammates; lead the team.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities/trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry standards.
