Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role also focuses on recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics for opportunities and trends.

General Managers ensure repairs are completed safely, thoroughly, and profitably following Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines while maintaining high levels

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have CCC1 familiarity and advanced estimatics knowledge.
• Strong understanding of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall center operations including safety, quality, and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor and review financial metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and manage production timelines.
