Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, and teammate development. The role includes monitoring client metrics, production and administrative tasks to ensure safety and profitability, in line with Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards while maintaining safety and profitability.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
