Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's day-to-day operations, including risk management, production, client metrics, and administration.

This role also focuses on recruiting and developing teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicles are repaired safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and staff development.
• Monitor financial metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure repairs meet SOP standards and industry guidelines.
