Job summary

Caliber Collision, Charlotte Ballantyne Center, is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center’s operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

The GM will recruit and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, ensure safe, thorough repairs per SOP, and drive continuous improvement while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have CCC1 experience.
• Advanced knowledge of repair processes and estimatics.
• Ability to deliver personable customer service.
