Job summary

Caliber Collision in Escondido is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, production, and administration, while developing teammates and monitoring client metrics.

The GM will recruit and retain talent, drive safety and quality, ensure profitable repairs in line with SOPs, and review monthly financial performance to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
