Gerber Collision & Glass in Jarrell, TX is seeking a Collision Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center. You will lead the team, ensure WOW plan execution, manage the budget, and drive key metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required leadership experience in collision repair. Prior CCC1/Mitchell, AR/AP, and customer service excellence are highly valued. This role offers growth within The Boyd Group family of brands.

Competenze

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Mansioni

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
