Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass - I-40 Amarillo, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and daily operational excellence. The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, plus CCC1/Mitchell estimating and strong customer service skills.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI performance, and uphold safety and quality standards to drive business success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• 2+ years of CCC1 / Mitchell Collision Estimating experience required.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution across the center.
• Forecast and manage annual/monthly operating budgets.
• Lead staff and coach performance to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the repair facility.
• Open/close facility daily and coordinate daily production meetings.
