Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Amarillo, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's day-to-day operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, while delivering strong KPI outcomes.

This full-time, onsite role requires prior leadership in a collision repair environment, CCC1/Mitchell estimating experience, and a proven track record in customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver annual and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training and managers meetings.
• Maintain CSI performance and follow up within 24 hours.
