Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our collision center in Oklahoma. You will manage budgets, drive sales, and coach staff to meet key performance indicators and insurance metrics.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair or a similar environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while leading day-to-day operations of the Store.
• Coach and empower team members for success in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and optimize KPI and insurance metrics.
