Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead a collision center, drive exceptional customer experience, and achieve KPI targets. You will manage daily operations, coaching staff to excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all repair processes.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success. The role requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in a collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in collision repair environments or similar
• Attention to detail with high accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to coach and motivate staff using effective management tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Collision Center to meet KPI and insurance metrics
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable related to the center
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety gear and dress code
• Lead shop staff and conduct regular health & safety meetings
• Attend leadership trainings and senior management meetings
• Drive high quality customer experiences and staff performance
