Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Amarillo, TX seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations and coach the team for outstanding customer experiences. You’ll plan budgets, forecast sales, and ensure safety and quality across all processes.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in collision settings, 2+ years of CCC1/Mitchell estimating experience, and 4+ years in customer service excellence, with in-person onsite work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• 2+ years of CCC1 / Mitchell Collision Estimating experience.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the collision center and maintain WOW standards.
• Coach and empower staff; ensure KPIs and insurance metrics are met.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets and production plans.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and manage AP/AR processes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained repair facility and proper safety gear.
