Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership position.
• 2+ years experience in CCC1 / Mitchell Collision Estimating.
• 4+ years of customer service excellence.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the collision center.
• Coach and empower staff to achieve KPI targets.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and safety compliance.
• Oversee shop equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
