Boyd Group in the United States (NC) is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies while driving KPI targets and insurance metrics.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, daily operation oversight, and staff development in a fast-paced shop environment. Compensation aligns with experience and performance, including potential bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
• Ensure staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
