Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager for our NC East Flat Rock collision center. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experience while meeting KPI and insurance metrics.

You’ll drive staffing, safety, training, and performance reviews to deliver top-quality service. Post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in a collision repair environment are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while driving customer-focused results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary and enforce safety dress code.
