Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer experience while leading day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement daily operations of the Collision Center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve performance and success in their roles.
• Promote highest quality standards of professionalism in serving customers.
