The Boyd Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the collision center, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to policies. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets and insurance metrics while coaching team members to excel in their roles.

You will manage budgets, staff performance reviews, safety protocols, and daily operations, promoting professionalism and a high standard of quality in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute the WOW plan and manage daily store operations.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly collision center budgets.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility.
• Ensure safety gear usage and dress code compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Open/close facility per procedures.
• Lead repair facility personnel and daily production.
• Attend management meetings and training as directed.
• Monitor CSI performance and follow up within 24 hours.
