Job summary

The Boyd Group in Dayton, Ohio seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You’ll coach the team, manage budgets, KPIs, and insurance metrics, and drive throughput with a focus on safety and quality.

This leadership role emphasizes staff development, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to a top‑level customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
