Job summary

The Boyd Group in Leesburg, VA is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience while directing day-to-day operations in line with company policies. You will coach the team and drive performance to meet KPI and insurance targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, safety, and process improvements to ensure top quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collision center operations to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead staff coaching and development to improve performance and safety.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant repair facility at all times.
• Open and close the facility daily and coordinate production walks.
• Maintain equipment, including the paint booth, and manage safety procedures.
