Caliber Collision's Service Center Orlando – W Oak Ridge Rd is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The role also focuses on recruiting, recognizing and retaining talent while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities and trends from prior months.

As a General Manager you will ensure repair work is performed safely, thoroughly and profitably in line with Caliber

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations and administrative functions.
• Drive risk management, safety, and quality control in repairs.
• Develop teammates, manage production metrics and client satisfaction.
