The role requires driving safety, quality repairs, and profitability in line with SOPs and industry standards, while recruiting and retaining top talent and monitoring monthly financial performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1 software.
• Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee center operations, risk management and administration.
• Recruit, develop and retain teammates; lead performance reviews.
• Monitor client metrics, production, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and industry guidelines.
