Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to lead the center’s overall operation, including risk management, staff development, and production metrics. You will recruit and retain top talent while monitoring financial performance and identifying trends from monthly reviews.

The role emphasizes safe, thorough, and profitable repair work aligned with Caliber SOPs and industry standards, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Caliber uses E‑Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the center operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and industry standards.
