The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a collision center’s day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on coaching staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will oversee staffing, production meetings, and performance reviews, driving KPI targets while upholding policies and procedures. The position offers bonus opportunities and a strong path for career growth within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.
