Job summary

The Boyd Group in Inverness, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive KPI metrics, oversee budgeting, and coach a team to perform at the highest standards.

Responsibilities include planning, staffing, safety compliance, and ongoing performance reviews to ensure top-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to lead and manage staff with focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently across the collision center.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Maintain CSI performance and lead staff meetings.
