Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, staff coaching, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement within a busy repair facility.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching and management skills.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Collision Center.
