Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy collision center in the United States. You will drive exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations, budgeting, and the team’s performance.

This role focuses on quality service, safety, and efficient delivery of repairs in alignment with company standards. You will coach staff, monitor financial metrics, and ensure adherence to policy, processes, and health & safety practices while reporting to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer experience excellence.
• Maintain annual/monthly collision center budgets and performance targets.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Conduct formal and informal performance reviews for staff.
• Oversee A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility and shop equipment.
