Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the collision center operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and KPI targets. The role involves budgeting, staffing, safety, and maintaining high professional standards across the team.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and align the team with company policies to drive service excellence and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor and manage A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and staff trainings.
