Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and empower team members to meet KPIs and insurance metrics, while ensuring high standards of professionalism in customer interactions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, sales tracking, staff oversight, safety, and periodic performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and training sessions recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
