Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center’s daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and empower team members while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards, driving KPIs and insurance metrics.

You will balance budgets, forecast sales, and manage performance reviews, with a focus on a high-quality repair experience and strong leadership presence across the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in collision repair or similar environment.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and team coaching.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution.
• Manage annual/monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Lead safety and dress-code compliance.
• Open/close facility per procedures.
• Lead daily production meetings to confirm throughput and dates.
• Manage labor mix within standards for estimates.
• Lead all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
