Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and daily operations.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff coaching.
• Oversee A/P and A/R for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe repair facility and equipment.
