Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This leadership role involves recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring financial performance, and driving safe, high-quality repairs in line with SOPs and industry standards. Competitive compensation is offered with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center.
• Drive risk management, teammate development, and client metrics.
• Monitor financial performance and review monthly metrics for opportunities.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOP.
