The Boyd Group in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position offers a competitive salary between $68,000 and $97,000 per year, with bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, PTO, parental leave, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized repair facility and equipment.
• Attend managers meetings and training sessions.
