Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and meet KPIs and insurance metrics.
• Manage annual/monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and conduct performance reviews and staff meetings.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain a clean facility.
