Crash Champions is hiring at our Chicago-area locations to lead shop operations, manage front and back-of-house activities, and drive throughput with high-quality collision repairs. You will coordinate technicians, oversee estimates, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes payroll and staffing, coaching teammates, and achieving production goals, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including insurance procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software and general computer tech.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front/back of shop for throughput and quality.
• Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times with check-in, estimates and customer flow.
• Ensure repairs align with quality standards and are billed correctly; uphold PPE rules.
