Job summary
Crash Champions in Tampa is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to drive location performance from vehicle intake through delivery, ensuring throughput, quality, and efficient staffing. You will guide body technicians, allocate labor, and uphold Crash Champions and I-CAR standards while maintaining accurate billing.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of collision industry procedures and carriers
- Aptitude for decision making and problem solving
- Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives
- Proven track record delivering results on deadlines
- Proficient with estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair
- Comfort with computers and technology
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery
- Labor assignment and production management for body technicians
- Support teammates during peak times with front desk duties and estimate writing
- Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR quality standards and accurate billing
- Manage payroll and staffing; track punch-in/out and PTO/leave
- Coordinate daily production flow with body technicians, estimators and parts managers
- Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery
- Lead hiring and coaching to grow team capabilities
