Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Shop Manager in Santee, CA to lead both front and back of the shop, drive throughput, and uphold high-quality collision repair standards. You will assign work to technicians, coordinate with estimators and parts, and coach teammates to meet objectives.

The role offers a competitive pay range of USD 76,350–150,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses. Experience in CCC ONE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including insurance procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop to ensure throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management for repairs; prioritize teardown or paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR quality standards; accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Manage daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Manager to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and update final estimates as needed.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development: interview and hire best candidates and provide coaching for growth.
